You shouldn’t take your work home with you.

This is so ironic considering I’m studying to be a teacher, but if any negative emotions make it home with you, you’re working overtime clocked out.

Find a way to leave the stresses of your work once you walk out the door. Working hard is important, but it’s not worth your well-being.
