Things to be aware of: the tone of your voice

Whether you’re being sarcastic or sincere, you need to be aware of how you’re speaking.

Sweet people can slip up and become jerks by the way they say something.

Friends can easily become enemies if you say something in an inappropriate way.

But most importantly, words have a denotative meaning, but it’s your tone that births the connotation.
